One day while backfilling a trench, I thought about what the future of construction would look like given the problems that were facing the industry. That day I had a vision of what the future of construction could look like if we all came together as a community to build a better future.
Our mission is to inspire the future of construction and change the way we build the world around us.
While on that mission, I found my purpose; to inspire people.
That is why we do what we do. That is our North Star.
Through all of the highs and lows, no matter how difficult this puzzle gets, we always remember why we do what we do.
I’m inspired by our team, clients, and partners every day. We have come so far as a company, but we are just getting started!
As we grow, more and more people have been offering their help on our journey.
